Dr. CJ has transitioned to her own practice, Institute for Integrative Health (IIH).

Rivers Mental Health (RMH) congratulates her on this and will continue to work collaboratively. IIH and RMH are implementing a program called Children’s Intensive Behavioral Health Services (CIBHS). A community-based service designed to help children, primarily in the foster care system, with their mental health needs.

Dr. CJ is a very warm, engaging, and laid-back therapist with a passion for helping individuals and families navigate life's challenges and achieve optimal well-being of mind, body, and spirit. She builds rapport and trust quickly and uses a “We Are A Team” approach that is often infused with a touch of humor. Dr. CJ believes that a positive therapeutic connection and working collaboratively with you in a person-centered, strength-based manner is the key to successful outcomes. Dr CJ is also highly adept at teaching and coaching you about mental and physical health issues, as she believes that knowledge is true power in healing.
