I believe counseling works best when you feel genuinely heard, understood, and accepted for who you are. My goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can explore what matters to you, better understand yourself, and work toward meaningful change at your own pace.

I am currently a Clinical Mental Health Counseling graduate student at Buena Vista University completing my supervised clinical training at Rivers Mental Health. I enjoy working with individuals navigating anxiety, life transitions, identity, relationships, self-esteem, and questions about meaning or direction. I strive to meet each person with curiosity, compassion, and respect while creating a space where you can feel comfortable being yourself.
